I first met Mandy last year and she is one of the kindest most caring nurses that I have ever met. Mandy visited me regularly until the lockdown and since then has phoned regularly to check all is well with me. She always, whether it be a home visit or phone call, has time to listen and answers any questions or queries and offers advice on any worries I may have. Mandy responds quickly and professionally to any phone calls or texts. I am so pleased to have Mandy as my nurse - she is amazing! Thank you Mandy

I first met Mandy after my surgery back in January 2020. Since then she has been visiting me at home on a regular basis. She is always able to answer my questions on what has been a life changing experience for me. She sorted out all my problems and nothing was too much for her. She is always on time and is no rush to leave. Even though I am coping with my new situation it is great to know she is always there whether by visit, telephone or text. She is kind, caring, very professional, very thorough and we couldn't wish for a better stoma nurse Will recommend Mandy any-day!

5 stars is not enough for this lovely lady. Mandy cared for my mum during a very difficult time in our lives and I couldn’t be more in debt to her for her support, knowledge, empathy and most importantly, friendship. At the time we had some pretty large hurdles to face but with Mandy by our side I was reassured we could handle them all. As a young Carer, it was difficult to whiteness what happens to a loved one during cancer treatment and the life transformations you have to make with a stoma. It was not the smoothest of journeys but for every emergency call at whatever time of day/night we knew we had Mandy’s support & professionalism. Words can’t describe how grateful I am for that, for as difficult as it is for the patient, being a young Carer isn’t easy either but Mandy made me feel like I wasn’t alone. So I’d like to take this opportunity to show my huge appreciation to this wonderful human being, who not only gave my mum the strength to continue, but me the strength and knowledge to support her. Thank you Mandy.

Mandy always responds very quickly to any queries/problems and will always visit if we feel concerned about anything. She is kind, caring, very professional, very thorough and we couldn't wish for a better stoma nurse. We can't recommend her highly enough.
